Biz Stone on NPR

I thought Biz Stone's interview on NPR's show "Fresh Air" was actually very interesting.

Stone created Twitter a few years ago and went through Twitter's progress. He talked about how Twitter makes money, how it became popular, and other things.
The thing I found to be most interesting was Stone's comments on Twitter's use as a revolutionary tool. It has been key in communication for three or four revolutions that have taken place around the world. For example the recent one in Egypt, and he talked about Tunisia, Moldova, and a few others. Stone plays it off and credits the people for using technology to communicate but you get the feeling that Stone loves how people are using what he and a few other co-founders created. The interview focused on the use of Twitter around the world and I found it to be very interesting how people are using social networking tools these days in nearly all aspects of life. I thought Biz Stone gave a great interview and I thought NPR did a great job. Overall I feel that Biz Stone's interview is a must if you are on Twitter these days.
